* Landlord's Gas Records and sellers gas safety
* Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) - for any appliance with a plug
* Soft Furnishing Reports
* Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

I offer a professional, reliable and prompt local service and will undertake the survey within a week of receiving an instruction, and issue the reports and EPC within two days of the survey.
